Captains Ground is an excellent location to use as a base and all the places we wanted to visit were in easy reach. It is a very peaceful place and if you like quiet nights in in front of a roaring log fire as we do it is perfect.

The cottage is well located for visiting most parts of Cornwall. It is clean, well furnished and the owners are very friendly and so helpful in recommending places to visit.

A beautiful, well equipped cottage in a quiet, rural location but with easy access to all of the main tourist attraction in Cornwall by road. The owners of the property are very helpful and friendly and we had a fantastic holiday here.
